About Me

Hola! My name is Ariana Casillas Martin, and I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW). I am passionate about supporting individuals and families as they navigate life's challenges with compassion, empathy, and evidence-based care. I earned my bachelor's degree in Adolescent and Child Development before completing my Master of Social Work. I also hold a California Pupil Personnel Services Credential (PPSC), which has provided me with experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families in both school and community settings.

As a first-generation Mexican American, I understand the important role that culture, identity, and family play in shaping our experiences. As a bilingual therapist fluent in English and Spanish, I strive to provide culturally responsive care where every client feels seen, heard, valued, and respected.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centered care. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and resilience when provided with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. Together, we will identify your strengths, build healthy coping skills, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.

I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where you feel comfortable sharing your story at your own pace. I recognize that reaching out for support is a courageous step, and I consider it an honor to walk alongside you throughout your healing journey. My goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and equipped with the skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change and live a life that aligns with your values.

I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey toward healing and growth.
