About Me

I’m Brianna, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a Master’s degree from Pepperdine University. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and have experience supporting children, teens, and families through a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be your authentic self—where you can be honest about the hard things, celebrate the small victories, and even find a little humor along the way.

My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you navigate whatever season of life has brought you to therapy. I recognize that no two people—or families—are alike, and I take the time to understand your unique experiences, relationships, culture, and goals. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, working through painful experiences, grieving a loss, struggling in a relationship, or simply trying to find your footing during a major life change, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Together, we can create a space to make sense of what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want.
