About Me

Hi! I’m Angel, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who graduated from California State University, Northridge. I’m passionate about helping people feel heard, supported, and understood as they work through life’s challenges. I work with children, teens, and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or the effects of complex trauma. My goal is to create a warm and safe space where clients can talk openly, feel validated, and begin building the tools they need to move forward.

In therapy, I use practical, evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, manage emotions, and develop healthier coping skills. I’m bilingual and can provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and genuine, and I strive to meet each person with empathy and respect as we work toward meaningful and lasting change together.
