About Me

Lindsay Jeanette Sanchez, MA, AMFT (Lic. #140641), is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist at Tribute Counseling and Psychotherapy Services, supervised by Vanessa Alba (LMFT #102878). With over 10 years of experience in the field, Lindsay specializes in providing compassionate, evidence-based care for children, teens, and adults.

Lindsay believes that every individual deserves a treatment plan tailored specifically to their unique needs to foster sustainable growth. Her practice focuses heavily on early intervention for children and adolescents, helping them navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma during critical stages of development. She also supports families through relational conflict and significant life transitions, ensuring the entire familial unit has the tools to thrive.

In her clinical work, Lindsay creates a safe, empathetic environment where clients can explore their challenges with nonjudgmental curiosity. She integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches, to help clients develop practical techniques at their own pace.

Beyond her work with youth, Lindsay has extensive expertise in supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and PTSD. As a bilingual provider, she is proud to offer services in both English and Spanish, providing culturally sensitive care to the Hispanic and Latino communities and maintaining an inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Lindsay currently offers sessions exclusively online, providing a flexible and comfortable environment for her clients. She accepts Medi-Cal and offers a sliding scale for those who may be eligible.
