About Me

Hi! My name is Erin Jones, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) who has worked with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families. I understand that reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make therapy a space where you feel seen, understood, and able to work through life’s challenges at your own pace. In our work together, we’ll explore your present experiences alongside the patterns from your past that influence your life and relationships today. I approach therapy as a collaborative and personalized process rather than a single approach for everyone. Together, we’ll create a plan that reflects your unique experiences, values, and goals, combining practical tools and strategies with a tailored approach curated around you as an individual. For clients who wish to integrate faith into their healing process, I also provide Christian counseling, helping individuals connect their spiritual values to their personal growth and relationships.

About Me: I was born and raised in Pasadena, California, earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, and completed my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at California State University, Northridge. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems. I have had the privilege of providing therapy services to clients with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, grief and loss, childhood trauma, relationship struggles, substance-induced psychosis, eating disorders, family changes, life transitions, and career counseling. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where understanding yourself and your experiences leads to growth, healing, and meaningful transformation.
