About Me

Here is the cleaned-up version of the text, with improved grammar and paragraphing:

Colin is a therapist who believes that healing begins with understanding ourselves and finding meaning in our experiences.

He draws from an existential approach to help clients make sense of life’s challenges and build resilience, while using interpersonal psychotherapy to strengthen relationships and social support. Colin also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful beliefs and perspectives that may be holding them back.

He has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families, and is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore, grow, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.

Colin earned his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Performance.
