Veronica Resendiz

About Me

My name is Veronica Resendiz. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology from CSUN and then went on to receive my master’s in social work with distinction from CSUN as well. I have experience working with diverse communities in the San Fernando Valley. Some of the experience that I have includes providing mental health services to domestic violence survivors. I also have training and experience helping those that are navigating unique circumstances such as those from nontraditional family structures.

As a therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space to allow clients to share their most vulnerable moments with me. I am dedicated to social justice and will work through a cultural humility lens to allow myself to continue to learn and educate myself.

On a personal note, I enjoy trying new coffee shops, visiting amusement parks, and spending time with my daughter.
