About Me

Hi! I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who believes in an integrated, collaborative, empathetic, and client-centered approach to therapy. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, families, and couples, supporting them as they navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University in 2025.

My goal is to offer a safe space and to meet you wherever you are on your journey, challenging you when necessary, and working with you to create the tools and strategies necessary to reach your goals. To do this, I utilize Psychodynamic Theory, Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also recently completed training in EMDR.
